2. Sources of Personal Data
Much of the data we process comes from licensed consumer lists purchased from data brokers. These lists are provided with consumer consent for receiving commercial offers (CAN-SPAM compliant) and include NCOA updates for mail accuracy. We also receive data directly from our clients (their own mailing lists) and from website visitors via forms or tracking tags.
3. Purposes for Processing
We use and share personal data for:
- Fulfilling direct mail and email campaigns.
- Identity resolution and matchback attribution: matching hashed visitor emails or other identifiers against our licensed consumer dataset to determine which website visitors match individuals in our broker lists or client lists (for campaign ROI measurement and attribution).
- Targeted advertising and advertising measurement: improving ad performance via platforms such as Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions.
- Providing analytics dashboards to our clients showing direct-mail campaign results.
- Operating, improving, and securing our services.
4. Sharing and Sale of Personal Data / Targeted Advertising
We sell or share personal data (as those terms are defined under CTDPA, CCPA/CPRA, and similar state laws) with advertising platforms, measurement partners, and clients for the purposes of targeted advertising and cross-context behavioral advertising. This includes identity-resolution matching of website visitors against our licensed broker dataset.
We do not use or sell personal data to train large language models (LLMs) or artificial intelligence systems at this time.
5. Your Privacy Rights (CTDPA and Other State Laws)
As a Connecticut resident (or resident of any state with similar privacy laws), you have the right to:
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data for targeted advertising.
- Access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Limit the use of your sensitive personal information (where required).

6. Data Retention
We retain licensed broker data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Matched/hashed visitor data is retained for a limited period and deleted after matching and reporting.
7. Children and Minors
We do not knowingly process personal data of individuals under 18 for targeted advertising or sale of data in violation of CTDPA or other laws. If we have actual knowledge that a consumer is 13–17 years old, we apply heightened protections, including the prohibition on targeted advertising to minors under the July 1, 2026 CTDPA amendments.
